The terms “Chardan Slings” “we”, “our” and “us” when used in these Terms & Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) means Chardan Slings. The terms “you”, “your” and “yours” when used in these Terms & Conditions means you, as a user of our website.


Please read these Terms & Conditions regularly as they may change at any time. We reserve the right to add, vary, amend or remove any items and any page of this website at any time without notice. If you do not agree to any of the Terms & Conditions, then you must immediately stop using our website.

Use of the Website 

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any products from our website. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, govern our relationship with you in relation to your purchase of any Item from our website.

By placing an order for an Item through our website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using this website.

Your Status and Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.

Registration and Accounts

It is at our sole discretion to limit your access to our website or suspend or teminate your account.

Shopping with Us

All orders are subject to availability of the Item or Items selected. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. The accuracy of all details, photographs and descriptions listed on our website is maintained to the best of our ability. If you notice any discrepancies or have any questions about our items, please send us an email.

Please take note that the colours you see will depend on your monitor and we therefore cannot guarantee a completely accurate representation of the item. All sizing, unless otherwise stated, are in Australian sizes. We have made every effort to list sizes as accurately as possible, but please note that they are only approximations.

Order Process 

You placing an order constitutes an offer to buy an item for us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. After you have placed your order, an email will be sent acknowledging your order. This does not mean we have accepted your order, but is an acknowledgement that your order has been received by us. You will receive another email from us when your order is dispatched. This is signifying that your order has been accepted by us. We reserve the right to not accept your order at our sole discretion.


Please note that the prices listed on our items are in Australian Dollars and are excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs will be added to the total when finalising your purchase in the shopping cart. Although we endevour to maintain the accuracy of our website, sometimes mistakes can occur with anything including pricing. If we find that an error has occurred, we will contact you to ask if you wish to proceed with your order at the corrected price. Price changes may occur from time to time so please check the information carefully prior to purchase.

International Sales

Any importation or customs taxes that you may occur are at your expense and not at the expense of Chardan Slings. Please be aware of any additional fees you may incur by purchasing one of our carriers prior to purchase.

Payment & Delivery

Payment Methods

Payment for all items can be made by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Afterpay or ZipPay. If purchasing from outside of Australia, all payments will still be made in Australian Dollars at the conversation rate applied by your payment card company at the time of purchasing your order. Afterpay and ZipPay are only available to Australian residents.

While we take reasonable care to keep your details secure, in the absense of negligence on our part, we will not be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access gained by a third party to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from this website.


Australia: Express shipping is $16.45 with Australia Post. We estimate delivery to take 1-2 business days* depending on what time the order was placed.

New Zealand: We offer standard shipping for $30.00.

Overseas: We offer standard shipping at a cost of $80.00 world wide. Shipping times vary depending on location.

We use Australia Post for all of our postage needs domestically and internationally.

*Please note that occasionally delivery of orders may take up to 5 working days (however this is uncommon). All delivery times are based on business days and should be used as a guide only. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver items within the estimated times listed.

Evolve Carriers

Unless otherwise advertised, all of our Evolve Carriers are available for Pre-order only. Please allow 6-8 weeks for dispatch of your carrier. When ordering your Evolve, please ensure you specify what colour you would like on the outside of your carrier otherwise it will be chosen at random by our staff.

Due to insurance limitations, the Evolve Carriers are only available to purchase in Australasia.

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us via email. Unfortunately, email requests may not be attended to immediately which may result in your order being dispatched. Our Returns and Exchanges Policy applies for all orders that have already been dispatched. Due to the speed in which we get orders out, please make your selection carefully and contact us with any questions prior to your purchase to prevent any disappointment.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

If for any reason you aren’t completely happy with your purchase and you wish to return an item, please follow the procedure below:

– Contact us via email as soon as possible to advise us that you wish to return your item.

– Item must be returned to us in a resaleable condition. It must be in the original packaging, unused, unwashed and unopened.

– Item must be returned in secure packaging via an insured registered mail service. Any returns that we do not receive cannot be credited back to you.

Unfortunately we will not accept “change of mind” returns that have been removed from their packaging or for items that are not in a resaleable condion. All products must be returned within 10 business days in “as new” condition along with their packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all products that are returned (excluding faulty or damaged items).

Please note that all refunds will be less the original cost of delivery to you. Cost of returning item back to us will be at your cost. We will refund money using the same method used originally to pay for your item. Please allow up to 28 days for this to be processed.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event your Item is faulty, incorrectly sent or was damaged during transit, we will happily arrange an exchange or a refund. Please follow the procedure set out in the “Returns and Exchanges Policy”. Occasionally imperfections do occur in Woven Wraps. Visible nubs, slubs, and shifted threads are in most cases absolutely normal and do not affect the structural integrity of the wrap. If you are unsure, please contact us via email with a clear photo to discuss further.
